How fast do orders actually ship?

Orders received before 2 PM PT on a business day are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier the same day. After cutoff, next business day. We report on it monthly — the SLA is in your agreement, not just on this page.

How much can I really save on shipping?

It depends on weight, zone, and service level — but discounts of 40–60% off retail are typical across our carrier accounts (FedEx, UPS, USPS, OnTrac). We’ll show you a rate comparison on your actual order profile before you commit.

What happens with returns?

Returns arrive at our dock, get inspected and graded within 48 hours, and sellable stock goes back on the shelf. You see the disposition of every unit in the portal.
